Protein Waffles

INGREDIENTS

1 ripe banana

1 cup rolled oats

2 eggs

1 cup cottage cheese

Pinch salt

¼ cup vanilla protein powder

1 tsp vanilla or vanilla paste

1 tsp baking powder

¼ milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend on medium until smooth. Preheat waffle iron. Spray or brush on a little neutral cooking oil onto the iron when it is heated and follow instructions for a medium cooked waffle. If you undercook it, it will fall apart when you open the waffle iron. Serve with fruit and maple blueberry sausages.
