Shipping Information
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Depending on your location, orders are fulfilled through one of two carriers: UPS 2nd Day Express Air or SpeeDee, shipping Mondays and Tuesdays only. Regardless of carrier, your order arrives packed in an insulated cooler box with dry ice to maintain temperature. Product may arrive partially thawed — this is completely normal and safe to refreeze.
Conger Meat Market sources its products primarily from local farmers in the Midwest. As a USDA-certified processor, we emphasize farm-to-table sourcing, with a particular focus on high-quality beef and pork, including Wagyu from Fellers Ranch in Southern Minnesota
